So what do you do after you've conquered the world with your popular fitness bikes? Yes that's right you go into the world of rugs! Some of the founding members of Peleton had come together on a new venture, to create beautiful and affordable custom cut rugs. I worked with the lovely folks at Turtle 🐢 to deliver a product strategy, MVP (and MVP+) ecommerce site layouts and design system. Working autonomously but collaborating closely with the team over at Ernesta we were able to design, build and ship an MVP ecomm site in under 4 months. From running early workshops, to creating the strategic roadmap, delivery plan, designs and design system I was heavily involved in every part of the work.
